|The TI-Nspire CAS is a document oriented machine that packs a lot of power. It has a learning curve, given the sophisticated keyboard and the number of features it supports. To use the handheld effectively a variety of menus and commands must be learned and that takes time and effort. This book has been written to support the learning of mathematical concepts. Chapter 1, the getting started chapter, introduces the basic ideas that are needed to work with the five core TI-Nspire applicatons. In the remaining chapters, the emphasis is on the mathematical ideas.
